About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Channel

Sales Executive to drive the distribution and sales growth of TrucksUp's Value Added Services, including Fuel Loyalty

Cards, Fastag, General Insurance, and Commercial Vehicle Finance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the channel network to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement end-to-end distribution strategies for TrucksUp's VAS products.

· Identify, onboard, and manage channel

partners, dealers, and distributors to enhance market presence.

· Lead and motivate sales &

distribution teams to achieve sales and revenue targets.

· Monitor channel performance, analyze sales data, and ensure continuous improvement in distribution efficiency.

· Collaborate with marketing,

product, finance, and legal teams to ensure business alignment and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

· 3–6 years of experience in channel sales or distribution management.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Experience in logistics, fintech, or automobile industry will be an added advantage.
