We are looking for one Customer Service Executive to join our team and assist our customers with any questions or concerns they may have.

Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with their loan applications, answering any questions they may have, and providing them with excellent customer service. You will be working closely with our loan processing team to ensure that our customers' needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

· Answer incoming and outgoing customer calls promptly and professionally.

· Listen and resolve actively to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

· Assist customers in resolving issues and proactively providing the solutions.

· Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues.

· Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records.

· Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer service.

· Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with the team.

· Meet and exceed performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction metrics.

· Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

· Need to generate/convert reviews - via calls

Requirements:

· Proven work experience as a Customer Service Executive or similar role

· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and active listening skills

· Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional customer service

· Good problem-solving and analytical skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Support software tools

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

· A degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred, but not required
