10:30 PM - 7:30 AM (Night Shift - US Process)

Working Days:
5 Days (Mon-Fri)

Location:
Mohali

Experience:
Fresher / 6 months-1 year in US Staffing / or 1 year in Sales

About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
Talent Qualifications Specialist
to join our US Recruitment team. This role involves screening, assessing, and qualifying candidates for various US-based job requirements. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify candidates for US job requirements.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate skills, communication, and job fit.
  • Understand client job descriptions and align suitable profiles.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS.
  • Coordinate with recruiters for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the qualification process.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, submissions, and qualified profiles.

Eligibility Criteria You are a good fit if you are:

  • A fresher with excellent English communication skills, OR
  • Someone with 6 months to 1 year of experience in US staffing, OR
  • A candidate with minimum 1 year of sales experience and strong communication skills.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.
  • Ability to work in US night shift.
  • Good listening and analytical skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence while speaking with candidates.
