We are currently seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our IT staffing services portfolio.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue potential clients seeking IT staffing solutions for full-time, temporary, remote, or offshore positions.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' staffing requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives.
- Present our comprehensive IT staffing services and tailor solutions to meet clients' specific needs.
- Collaborate with our recruitment team to create customized staffing proposals and solutions.
- Present proposals to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a clear understanding of our staffing capabilities.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through successful deal closures.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients in navigating the IT staffing landscape.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions in the IT staffing domain.
- Leverage market insights to refine sales strategies and enhance service offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the IT staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of IT staffing services, including full-time, contingent, remote, and offshore placements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, IT, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹830,000.00 per month
