We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to launch their career in digital solutions sales. You will engage with prospective clients, generate leads, and support the growth of OreoDigi's service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients (startups, SMEs, enterprise businesses) who need branding, web development, or digital marketing solutions.
  • Engage prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels to present OreoDigi's value proposition: design + development + marketing.
  • Arrange meetings/demos with senior sales or account managers; support in preparing presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions and status in the CRM system.
  • Partner with marketing team to follow up on campaigns and improve lead conversion.
  • Stay informed about industry trends (web & mobile dev, digital marketing) and competitor offerings to help position OreoDigi's services effectively.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and new client acquisition targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in presenting ideas.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, lead generation and client relationship building.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning CRM tools.
  • Self-driven, target oriented and willing to go the extra mile.

Desired / "Good to Have" Skills

  • Internship or any work experience (0-1 year) in B2B sales, digital marketing agency or tech services.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, website development or mobile app space — helpful when talking to clients.
  • Basic usage of LinkedIn for prospecting or cold outreach.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5, ₹20,000.00 per month
