Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Coordination

  • Assist in preparing project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and vendor teams for material and drawing approvals.
  • Support in conducting site surveys and feasibility checks.

2. Site Management

  • Monitor day-to-day site operations and ensure work is progressing as per plan.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and site discipline.
  • Track material delivery, consumption, and quality at the site.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure timely execution of tasks.

3. Quality & Compliance

  • Assist in implementing quality control procedures at the site.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and client requirements.

4. Client Coordination

  • Support the Project Manager in client meetings and presentations.
  • Communicate project updates and resolve minor on-site issues.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all client communications and approvals.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), material reports, and site checklists.
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports, project documentation, and completion reports.
  • Maintain records of drawings, BOQs, material approvals, and site correspondences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • 5–7 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of interior.
  • Proficiency in project planning tools, MS Office, and reading technical drawings.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹60,000.00 per month
