Operations Leader

We're looking for an experienced business operations professional (12–14 years) to join our clients growing team in Bangalore, supporting operations for our US HQ. The ideal candidate comes from the IT consulting space — either a boutique Indian IT services firm (30–150 people) or an early-stage tech-focused GCC.

You'll have a strong background in business-side functions like HR Ops, Finance, Marketing, or general Business Operations, with a proven track record of working closely with US stakeholders. A tech-savvy, client-facing personality will thrive in this role.

You'll report to the Managing Director – Finance & Business Operations, lead a small team across operations and finance, and help shape the foundation of our India operations. No P&L responsibilities.

The role starts from home and moves to hybrid once our Bangalore office is set up. B1/B2 visa holders are preferred.
