Loan Against Property (LAP)
Location: Chennai, hyderbad, Telangana, Tamilnau
Reports to: Regional Sales Head / Business Head
Role Summary
Team Red is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Loan Against Property (LAP) vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, managing client relationships, and achieving monthly disbursement targets while ensuring compliance with credit policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Source LAP business through DSA, connectors, and direct channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and clients.
- Conduct preliminary customer evaluation and ensure timely documentation.
- Work closely with the credit team to get quick approvals.
- Ensure smooth end-to-end process from login to disbursement.
- Monitor portfolio performance, collections, and early delinquencies.
- Stay updated on competitor products and market trends.
- Ensure adherence to company policy, compliance, and KYC norms.
Key Requirements
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 26 years of relevant experience in LAP sales (secured lending).
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, documentation, and credit assessment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills
- Local market knowledge and customer base.
- Experience working with NBFCs/Banks/Fintechs in the LAP segment.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities (based on region).
