
Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social platforms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure continuous business growth.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of sales activities in CRM and prepare regular reports.
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Prior experience in sales/business development preferred (B2B or B2C).

Pay: ₹10, ₹36,087.60 per month
