Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role of Inside Sales Specialist, located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating product benefits. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales pipelines, conducting product demonstrations, addressing customer inquiries, and closely collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Strong Communication skills and ability to effectively convey information
- Ability to manage sales pipelines and work collaboratively within a team
- Previous experience in the technology sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree
