Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Business Analyst will be responsible for collecting and analyzing business data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. Key responsibilities include documenting business requirements, improving business processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that business needs are efficiently translated into technical solutions. The role involves close communication with both the technical and non-technical teams to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and formulate strategies
- Proficiency in Business Analysis and understanding of Business Requirements
- Experience in optimizing Business Processes and developing process improvements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and facilitate decision-making processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus
- Knowledge of the e-learning or educational technology sector will be an advantage
