With a rich legacy of 25+ years in business; we take a lot of pride in the success of our customers all over India.About the RoleThe Business Analyst will work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team to support strategic initiatives, business expansion, market analysis, and cross-functional projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, structured thinking, high ownership, and the ability to convert data-driven insights into actionable business plans. After 3 years of demonstrated performance, the individual should be capable of independently leading critical business projects as a Project Head.ResponsibilitiesMarket Research & Opportunity AssessmentConduct in-depth market research on electronics manufacturing, SMT, OSAT, EV, robotics, automation, and other emerging sectors.Analyse market size, trends, competition, pricing dynamics, and customer behaviour.Prepare insight-driven reports and strategic recommendations for new business opportunities.Business Modelling & Strategic PlanningBuild detailed business models for new products, technologies, verticals, and investment projects.Conduct financial feasibility studies (ROI, IRR, cost–benefit analysis, time-to-profitability).Prepare business cases for expansion, diversification, or partnerships with global technology companies.Contracts Review, Compliance & Risk AnalysisReview customer and partner contracts, MoUs, NDAs, SLAs, and JV agreements.Identify commercial, operational, legal, and financial risks.Provide risk-mitigation recommendations and highlight key clauses for management approval.Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure compliance.Strategic Project Management (Future Role)After 3 years of performance as a Business Analyst, transitioned into a Project Head role.Lead cross-functional projects such as new factory setup, technology transfer initiatives, customer onboarding, and large-scale automation deployments.Manage timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, and executive reporting.CXO-Level Reporting & AnalysisPrepare high-quality presentations, dashboards, strategic papers, and briefings for the CEO.Support high-level customer meetings, international business engagements, and board-level reviews.Ensure timely execution of CEO directives and follow-up actions with internal stakeholders.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, R&D, and Partner teams.Monitor implementation of strategic initiatives and prepare status reports.Act as an analytical bridge between departments to ensure smooth execution.Qualifications B. Tech + MBARequired SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.High proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and business modelling.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Ability to read contracts and understand commercial/legal clauses.Understanding of financial statements and budgeting principles.Strong ownership, discipline, and ability to work under tight timelines.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think “big picture.”Leadership inclination to take on Project Head responsibilities in the future.Preferred SkillsExperience in strategic project management.Familiarity with international business practices.Pay range and compensation package1) Business Analyst (0–3 years’ experience)Salary: Up to INR 15,00,000 per annum (CTC)Performance-based annual bonus eligible.Travel allowance and project-based incentives as applicable.2) Senior Business Analyst (5+ years’ experience)Salary: Up to INR 20,00,000 per annum (CTC)Higher responsibility in strategic projects, customer engagements, and independent assignments.Eligible for performance bonus, international travel for business meetings, and leadership training.
