Senior Business AnalystLocation: NoidaWork Mode: Hybrid (2–3 days/week in office)About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our client’s dynamic team. This is a full-time hybrid role, primarily based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge cross-platform solutions while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, optimize processes, and deliver impactful solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead requirement elicitation, documentation, and management activities to ensure clarity and alignment with business goals. Conduct business process evaluations by engaging with internal and external stakeholders, gathering and refining requirements. Interpret data, troubleshoot business challenges, evaluate alternatives, prepare business cases, and provide effective business solutions. Create reports, analyze trends, and share actionable insights with business partners and management. Communicate, facilitate, and negotiate with diverse stakeholders to align business and technical objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, document, and improve business processes across multiple functional areas. Mentor junior Business Analysts, support team development, resolve conflicts, and contribute to building high-performing teams. Recommend and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies, while monitoring project status to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.5+ years of Business Analyst experience, including requirements engineering and stakeholder management.Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments; Scrum Master exposure is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of providing data-driven business solutions.Technical proficiency with hands-on experience in product and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project) and a solid understanding of SDLC models.Experience working on large-scale websites, platforms, and back-end services.
