Role Overview

We are looking for a
Retention Marketing Manager
with a strong background in
lifecycle marketing, data analysis, and cohort management
. You will own the
end-to-end retention strategy
, designing campaigns that improve engagement, reduce churn, and increase repeat transactions across InCred's product suite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute
    retention and lifecycle marketing strategies
    to drive engagement, activation, and repeat usage.
  • Perform
    cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and other data-driven assessments
    to identify retention opportunities.
  • Plan and optimize campaigns across
    email, push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, and WhatsApp
    .
  • Collaborate with
    product, analytics, and growth teams
    to create
    personalized user journeys
    .
  • Track and report key retention metrics:
    churn rate, repeat transactions, LTV, engagement, and activation rates
    .
  • Set up
    A/B testing frameworks
    to optimize messaging, creative, and timing.
  • Ensure campaigns are
    on-brand, compliant, and customer-centric
    .

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience
    in
    retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
    , preferably in fintech or app-first products.
  • Strong experience with
    cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and lifecycle marketing strategies
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    marketing automation and CRM tools
    (MoEngage, WebEngage, Clevertap, Braze, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to
    translate insights into actionable campaigns
    .
  • Proven track record of
    increasing engagement and reducing churn
    .
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

    growth marketing and referral programs
    .
  • Knowledge of
    AI/ML-driven personalization
    in retention campaigns.
