About the Role
We are hiring an experienced
Sr Sales & Marketing Manager/Team Lead
to drive our
real estate business
growth in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, channel partner networks, or consultancy and proven experience in leading high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs).
- Drive
end-to-end sales cycles:
lead generation, client meetings, site visits, negotiation, and deal closure. - Make outbound cold calls to potential customers and explain property offerings.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through consistent follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and schedule site visits.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are achieved.
- Design and implement marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and lead inflow.
- Maintain daily call logs and update CRM with lead details.
- Regular reporting to management with performance insights
- Build and maintain strong relationships with
developers, channel partners, and clients

Requirements
- 4–12 years of experience in
real estate sales/marketing
. - Strong exposure to working with
developers or consultancies/channel partners etc. - Proven track record of
meeting/exceeding sales targets
. - Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Graduate/MBA in Marketing or Business Management preferred.
