We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President - Analytics

In this role, you will:

Extract, transform, and load (ETL) from various sources, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and integrity. Design and optimize data pipelines, ensuring efficient data extraction, storage, and processing.Extract and integrate data from external sources, such as public databases, social media platforms and third-party vendors to enhance advanced analytics capabilities.Conduct in-depth analysis of complex transactional and demographic datasets to identify patterns for identifying risk and opportunities.Develop innovative and impactful data-based tools and models for propensity modeling and risk mitigation, continuously evaluate the effectiveness of models and make recommendations for improvements.Engage various stakeholders to understand and collect project requirement, present analysis and or results, make recommendations on strategy formulation and solicit project feedback.

To be successful you will:

Proficiency in using Python, SQL, or similar analytically oriented programming languages.Extensive technical skill in data mining, able to understand various data structures both structured and unstructured and common methods in data transformation.Knowledge and good experience with data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense will be a strong plus.Keeping up to date on the latest advanced analytics and big data technologies. Engage with academia on shared research topics related to new trends in advanced analytics.Experience in working with complex multi-layered datasets, imbalanced datasets, and unstructured data.Experience with ML deployment strategies using micro services, Cloud Platforms.ML-OPS experience with setting up CI/CD pipelines, feature engineering ETLs, designing feature stores and understanding mechanisms of deployment across various environments.Experience in translating ML based outcomes to business-digestible insights.
