MUFG Global Service Private Limited:

Established in 2020, MUFG Global Service Private Limited (MGS India) is 100% subsidiary of MUFG Bank Ltd having offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai. MGS India has been set up as a Global Capability Centre / Centre of Excellence to provide support services across various functions such as IT, KYC/ AML, Credit, Operations etc. to MUFG Bank offices globally. With a current headcount of around 250, MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFG's global network across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.

About the Role:

Job Profile:

EDUCATION:

  • Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable.

CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Practical experience in Program Management
  • Must be hands on with project documentation on planning, test approach, RAID log and proactive in closing open items
  • Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals
  • Understanding of MSP ticketing and Alert Management Systems
  • Experience in the financial services industry preferred

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

  • Ability to execute and troubleshoot problems
  • Ability to independently manage small to medium projects required
  • Ability to independently manage large projects preferred
  • Ability to manage project teams
  • Full understanding of business and technology
  • Ability to ensure reporting quality

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will:

  • Take lead responsibility on small to medium projects
  • Drive planning at the various organizational levels to ensure projects are on track/resourced
  • Establish project / program governance and communication with stakeholders
  • Ensure timetable and deliverable schedules are understood and communicated
  • Proactively manage dependencies, coordinate across teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks
  • Contribute to executive level updates on strategy, budget, project delivery, controls, risks, etc.
  • Organize required reporting for business and technology management review sessions
  • Manage project financial and resource forecasting
  • Identify and challenge project financials and
  • deliverables to ensure efficient and accurate execution
  • Ensure project transparency through reporting and updates
  • Facilitate the documentation of business requirement and testing
  • Manage project changes
  • Manage the establishment of vendor and 3rd party contracts
