Job Title: Senior Relationship Officer

Department: Sales / Relationship Management

Location: Coimbatore

Reporting To: Branch Head

Job Summary:

The Senior Relationship Officer (SRO) is responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves understanding client financial needs, promoting relevant banking products, and achieving business targets through effective relationship management and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new customers through direct sales, referrals, and networking.

Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to increase portfolio value.

Understand customer financial goals and provide suitable product solutions (e.g., housing loans, LAP, deposits, insurance, etc.).

Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

Conduct regular client meetings and portfolio reviews.

Ensure timely processing of applications, documentation, and disbursals.

Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, legal) for smooth service delivery.

Maintain compliance with all company and regulatory policies.

Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree

Minimum six months or 1 year of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in **banking, NBFC, or financial services
