Assistant Manager – Provider network (Central Operations)

As an Assistant Manager of Provider Network (Central Operations), your typical week might include the following

• Conduct system testing for provider network modules, ensuring functionality, accuracy, and compliance before deployment.
• Manage provider network operations, including hospital creations and activations, manage data of health care aggregator partners
• Prepare and present MIS reports and dashboards for internal teams and management.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in provider and partner databases through validation, sanitization, and QC checks.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain strong provider relationships.
• Oversee digitalization and documentation of provider records, ensuring timely retrieval and compliance.
• Conduct payment reconciliation with providers and monitor TATs for empanelment and service delivery.
• Perform system audits and QC checks to identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements.
• Share SLAs adherence with partners and internal stake holders

• Strong experience in health insurance operations with focus on provider network management.
• Proficiency in MIS reporting, Use Power bi to create dashboard preparation, and Excel-based data management.
• Detail-oriented with strong data validation and auditing skills.
• Ability to digitalize and manage large provider databases effectively
