Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist based in Noida. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing medical assistance, supporting healthcare-related processes, and delivering training sessions in the healthcare field. The role requires offering guidance and solutions for healthcare services while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities may include collaborating with teams to enhance healthcare practices and processes, training individuals in healthcare-related protocols, and staying updated with developments in the medical and healthcare industry.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Emergency Medical Training (EMT) and general healthcare practices
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Foundational knowledge in medicine and healthcare services
  • Experience in training or educating individuals in relevant healthcare disciplines
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida and participate in hands-on healthcare initiatives
  • Relevant certifications and/or degree in healthcare, medicine, or a similar field is preferred
