The team specializes in delivering exceptional catering and consulting services tailored to clients' unique needs and preferences.
Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and Event Sales Manager, based in New Delhi with flexibility for partial remote work. The role involves involves identifying and developing business opportunities in the corporate and private event sectors for Catering and Event Hospitality Services, building strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, managing event planning and logistics, and ensuring successful execution of events. The candidate will also be responsible for delivering excellent client service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Skills in Event Planning, Event Management, and organizing Private Events
- Proficiency in Sales and ability to meet and exceed targets
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
- Experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Proven organizational and time-management abilities
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic situations
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in MICE or event sales is highly desirable
