Role Overview:

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Executive to manage

and optimize digital campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will

have hands-on experience running paid campaigns for B2C brands or digital marketing

agencies, with a strong focus on driving ROI, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, etc.).
  • Monitor campaign performance daily to ensure targets (CPC, CPA, ROAS) are met.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to maximize
  • performance.
  • Work with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Optimize conversion funnels and recommend improvements to enhance user
  • acquisition.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, ad policies, and algorithm changes.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently to ensure optimal returns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall brand strategy
  • and business goals.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in a B2C brand
  • or digital agency.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platform.
  • Proficient in campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and analytics.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data to make data-driven
  • decisions.
  • Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads (preferred but not mandatory).

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
