Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Performance Marketer based in Chennai. The Lead Performance Marketer will oversee digital campaigns, analyze performance metrics, develop and execute marketing strategies, and optimize paid and organic channels.

Key Responsibilities

·
  Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube Ads.

·      Manage end-to-end campaign performance — from ad strategy, targeting, and creative testing to funnel optimization.

·      Track, analyze, and report daily performance metrics using Excel, Google Analytics, or BI dashboards.

·      Develop and optimize sales funnels and landing pages to increase conversion rates and lead quality.

·      Run A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, copies, and audiences to improve performance.

·      Collaborate with designers and copywriters to craft high-performing image, video, and ad copy.

·      Bring in leads through multiple sources — paid ads, organic channels, DMs, and inbound funnels.

·      Continuously identify growth opportunities, trends, and tools to scale campaign results.

·      Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to ensure aligned strategies and smooth execution.

·      Manage and maintain SEO-friendly website content and optimize for user experience.

Requirements

· years of proven experience in performance marketing or growth marketing.

·      Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.

·      Proficiency in Excel and campaign reporting tools.

·      Solid understanding of funnel setup, landing page optimization, and lead flow automation.

·      Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable decisions.

·      Strong grasp of ROI-driven strategies and campaign scalability.

·      Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

·      Up to date with the latest trends, ad formats, and platform best practices.
