We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Executive who will be responsible for engaging with existing clients and internal teams, organizing meetings, and coordinating marketing and investor awareness events. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong client-focused approach, and the ability to generate leads through events and marketing activities.

· Conduct regular calls to existing clients and internal colleagues to coordinate meetings and follow-ups.

· Organize and manage Investor Awareness Programs and marketing events from planning to execution.

· Liaise with marketing and PR team to ensure smooth event operations.

· Maintain event calendars and track event-related budgets and timelines.

· Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and event content.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· Proven experience in client coordination and marketing.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
