Position Overview:

We're seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager with 6+ years of experience to take ownership of digital strategy, execution, and performance. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and analytics, while working closely with a cross-functional team to achieve key business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across all major channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, etc.).
  • Lead and collaborate with a team of writers, designers, and digital specialists to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Manage the company's presence on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (KPIs, ROI) and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools, incorporating best practices into ongoing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing budgets efficiently.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital channels.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the tech or IT services domain.
  • Proven expertise in SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, email marketing, and web analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
