Job description:

SEO:

  • Create and implement an aggressive SEO strategy (on-page and off-page) based on in-depth research and analysis
  • Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy to grow traffic & leads. Relentlessly pursue ways to exponentially increase demand, month after month.
  • Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends
  • Implement Schema markup and other best practices. Perform ongoing technical SEO audits, backlink analysis, content analysis, and opportunity identification
  • Actively measure results daily, also keeping in mind key performance indicators (leads and conversions volume)
  • Continually monitoring organic search rankings and reporting overall SEO health of our web properties. Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages. Troubleshoot SEO problems & propose resolutions for SEO implementation issues on the website.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals general and keyword specific. Recommend changes to website content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  • Research and analyze competitors
  • Be responsible for all regular (and ad hoc) reporting and analysis of digital activity providing crucial insights into further sales and marketing opportunities
  • Manage online reputation & reviews
  • Develop and implement link building strategy with blogs, sites, makers, influencers etc
  • Be on top of industry news and trends. Build partnerships within the community and other ecosystem players
  • Exhibit strong technical acumen for all things inbound marketing (Organic) and maintain a good inter-team stakeholder management and rapport

Paid Marketing:

  • Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
  • Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
  • Build, watch and maintain the digital advertising budget and track success metrics. Manage and edit campaign budgets to optimize ROAS. Tracking daily, weekly & monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement or more efficient spend
  • Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates. Producing engaging, clear and concise copy for campaigns
  • Manage Display network placement lists on Google Ads and through other contextual advertising platforms.
  • Executing & optimizing multiple PPC campaigns simultaneously. Overseeing campaigns across a number of search platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Social Media ads, Bing)
  • Ensuring campaigns are aligned across multiple channels, avoiding wasted spend or crossover
  • Reducing risk of click fraud and irrelevant spend
  • Staying up-to-date with PPC/SEM trends and techniques, and applying them where relevant
  • Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
You need to have:
  • Any Graduate with a minimum of 4 years of work experience in Strategy Planning & Execution for Search Engine Optimization & Performance Marketing
  • Deep knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads and other useful SEO tools along with basic HTML knowledge.
  • Excellent knowledge of organic search specific tools such as ScreamingFrog, ahrefs, SEMRush etc
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, the ability to consistently meet deadlines and work on multiple projects at one time
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Strong management skills
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere with excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
  • Well versed with Microsoft Excel for data analysis extracting useful insights
  • Tier I - Tier II colleges' B.Tech./ management/ marketing graduates will be preferred
