Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in recruitment, specifically in the IT domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Support senior recruiters in end-to-end recruitment activities.
  • Build positive relationships with candidates to ensure a great candidate experience.
  • Stay updated with IT skills, technologies, and market trends.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT skills/technologies (preferred).
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Management, Computer Science, or any related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in recruitment (internship or full-time).
