Job Description:

We are looking for a Quality Engineer with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in construction quality management. The candidate will be responsible for implementing quality standards, conducting inspections, and ensuring all site activities comply with project specifications and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and inspect all civil, structural, and finishing works to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain quality checklists, inspection reports, and test records.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants for quality-related issues.
  • Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures, material approvals, and method statements.
  • Conduct material testing and ensure documentation of test results.
  • Maintain records for calibration, test reports, and inspection requests (IRs).
  • Identify and report non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and verify implementation.
  • Support audits and quality reviews conducted by the client or internal teams.
  • Assist in preparing quality documentation (ITP, NCR, MIR, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: 2–8 years (depending on project scale).
  • Skills:
  • Knowledge of QA/QC procedures in construction projects.
  • Understanding of IS codes, concrete, and material testing.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and ensure compliance on site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹35,824.52 per month
