We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to collaborate closely with architects and design teams in developing, coordinating, and executing architectural and structural projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that architectural designs are supported by safe, efficient, and cost-effective engineering solutions that meet all relevant codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with architects and designers to translate architectural concepts into feasible structural and construction solutions.
  • Prepare, review, and approve structural drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams (MEP, structural, etc.) throughout all project phases.
  • Monitor site execution to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to design intent.
  • Provide technical support for resolving design and construction issues on-site.
  • Participate in project meetings, contributing to value engineering and design optimization.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including as-built drawings and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and project standards.

Pre-Requisites

  • Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools will be an advantage.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Bachelors degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering; Masters in Project Management preferred.
  • 3 - 4 years of experience, ideally within an architectural or multidisciplinary design firm.
  • Strong understanding of structural systems, materials, and construction methods.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with architectural drawings and detailing.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to conduct regular site visits to monitor work accuracy and progress
