Job Title: Civil Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Civil Engineer
to plan and manage civil engineering projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure and development projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and oversee construction of industrial buildings and turnkey interior fitouts.
  • Prepare engineering calculations, technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Conduct site investigations and surveys to gather data and assess project feasibility.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, government agencies, and other engineers to coordinate project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Review and approve designs, reports, and construction documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and communication.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering .
  • 2+ years of experience in civil engineering project management.
  • Proficiency in civil engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, MSP).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with sustainable or green infrastructure design.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
  • Knowledge of permitting processes and local/state/federal regulations.
  • Experience working with public sector or government projects.

Work Environment:

  • Split between office and on-site work environments.
  • May require occasional travel and extended hours during key project phases.
