About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive Client Servicing to manage and streamline our garden services and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between clients and our team while addressing any on-field challenges. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities and the capability to perform under pressure.

Key Responsibilities :

Overseeing, Scheduling, and Coordination

• Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), including scheduling and invoice creation.

Field Support:

• Provide support to horticulturists by addressing any issues or concerns during fieldwork or project execution.

Expense Management:

• Verify and process monthly expenses, travel allowances, and attendance records.

Training and Meetings:

• Organize and conduct monthly meetings with horticulturists to review progress and address challenges.

Client and Team Communication:

• Maintain effective communication with clients for invoice processing and payment collection.
• Foster smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in any field (Agriculture/Horticulture preferred).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in client servicing or customer support.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in managing bulk communication.
• Proactive approach to task management with a strong team-player attitude.
