Job Title: CNC Press Brake Operator

Location: Qatar

Experience Required: 5-8 Years (in Sheet Metal / Fabrication Industry)

Industry: Metal Fabrication / Engineering / Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and maintain CNC Press Brake machines to bend and form metal sheets as per drawings.
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders to determine machine settings and bending sequence.
  • Perform programming adjustments in the machine to meet dimensional tolerances and quality requirements.
  • Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify part dimensions.
  • Select and install the correct punches and dies based on material and job type.
  • Ensure proper alignment and calibration of tools before starting the operation.
  • Maintain quality control by performing regular inspections and making necessary corrections.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Assist in machine maintenance and report mechanical issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience operating CNC Press Brake Machines (e.g., Amada, Durma, LVD, or similar brands).
  • Knowledge of bending techniques, material properties, and tooling setup.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
  • Good understanding of quality standards and safety practices.
