About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator Quality & Maintenance to operate CNC machinery while also taking ownership of quality checks and routine maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, a solid understanding of CNC operations, and a keen eye for quality and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

CNC Operation

  • Operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, turning, etc.) as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files to produce accurate parts
  • Load materials and tools, set machine parameters, and adjust offsets as required
  • Monitor machine operations and make real-time adjustments for accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to production schedules and minimize downtime

Qualifications:

  • 10th / 12th Pass
  • ITI / Diploma Holders
  • Any Degree (Freshers or Experienced candidates welcome)

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: 17,000 + 1,500 DBT
  • Benefits: Transportation and food provided
  • Shift: Rotational shifts

Quality Assurance

  • Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM)
  • Record and report measurements and deviations from tolerances
  • Work with quality assurance teams to resolve non-conformities
  • Maintain quality records and support continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S, Kaizen)

Maintenance Support

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on CNC machines and equipment
  • Report abnormalities, wear and tear, or potential machine failures to the maintenance supervisor
  • Replace or adjust tools, fluids, filters, and other consumables as needed
