Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
CNC Spring Machine Operator
at our
Porur, Chennai
facility.

The role specifically involves
operating CNC spring coiling and forming machines
used in the production of compression, tension, and torsion springs. You will be responsible for machine setup, operation, maintenance, and quality checks to ensure smooth, efficient, and precise spring manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain
    CNC spring coiling and forming machines
  • Monitor wire feeding, coiling accuracy, and spring dimensions
  • Conduct
    quality control checks
    using gauges and measuring tools
  • Ensure consistent machine performance and minimize downtime
  • Follow all
    safety and operational protocols

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in
    CNC spring machine operation
    and mechanical setup
  • Knowledge of
    spring forming process
    and production workflow
  • Basic understanding of
    quality control
    and measurement techniques
  • Experience with
    hand tools and mechanical adjustments
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
  • Experience in a
    manufacturing or spring industry
    is a plus
