Key Responsibilities:

  1. Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts and components.

  2. Programming: Interpret and edit CNC programs, as well as create simple programs.

  3. Setup and Testing: Set up machine tools, fixtures, and workpieces, and perform test runs to ensure accuracy.

  4. Quality Control: Inspect parts for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed.

  5. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair or replace faulty components.

  6. Safety: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Required Skills:

  1. Technical knowledge: Understanding of CNC machines, CAD/CAM software, and G-code programming.

  2. Attention to detail: Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.

  3. Problem-solving: Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address machine issues.

  4. Communication: Good communication skills for working with team members and supervisors.

  5. Safety awareness: Commitment to safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma or certificate: In mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, or a related field.

  2. CNC training: Training in CNC programming, operation, and maintenance.

  3. Experience: Prior experience as a CNC machine operator or in a related role.

  4. Certifications: Certifications like CNC Operator or CNC Programmer can be beneficial.

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
