Job Description

Lubrall Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to handle industrial sales of lubricants and metal working fluids. The candidate must have minimum 3 years experience in industrial product sales, preferably in lubricants, cutting oils, coolants, greases, or chemicals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new industrial customers and manage existing accounts.
  • Visit CNC/VMC units, machining industries, die-casting, forging, fabrication & OEMs.
  • Conduct product demos, trials and provide basic technical support.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with purchase, production and maintenance teams.
  • Manage inquiries, quotations, order follow-ups & payment collections.
  • Maintain daily visit reports, sales pipeline and customer database.
  • Promote new Lubrall products and ensure repeat orders.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in industrial sales
  • Experience in lubricants / oils / chemicals is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills
  • Technical understanding of industrial lubricants is an added advantage
  • Must be target-oriented and self-driven
  • Two-wheeler mandatory

Education

  • Diploma / BE (Mechanical / Industrial / Chemical)
  • OR Graduate with relevant industrial sales experience

Salary

  • Best in industry + Attractive Incentives + Travel Allowance + Mobile Allowance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
