Job Summary:The Associate VIP Services role at Big Daddy Chain of Casinos is dedicated to providing outstanding service to our esteemed VIP guests. Thisposition involves escorting guests, managing the hotline, handling membershipclosures, utilizing the Fleet Management System, and addressing all guestqueries. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and adeep understanding of casino operations. Key Responsibilities:Escorting VIP Guests:Provide personalized escort services for VIP guests throughout the casino.Ensure guests are comfortably guided to various locations, including gaming areas, restaurants, and entertainment venues.Offer insights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.Handling the Hotline Phone:Answer and manage VIP hotline calls with professionalism and efficiency.Address guest inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate service requests.Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt and accurate responses.Closing of Guest Bands:Manage the process of closing guest membership bands, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with policies.Explain the implications and benefits of band closure to guests.Update systems and records to reflect changes in membership status.Handling the Fleet Management System:Operate the Fleet Management System software to coordinate transportation and other logistical needs for VIP guests.Schedule and monitor vehicle availability, ensuring timely and efficient service.Liaise with drivers and transportation providers to accommodate guest requests.Handling All Guest Queries:Respond to all guest queries with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.Provide information on casino amenities, events, and services.Resolve any issues or concerns, escalating to management as necessary. RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or a related field is advantageous.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using software systems, including Fleet Management.Ability to work in a fast -paced environment with attention to detail.Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
