Job Scope / Position Summary

Purpose of this role : The sales manager's primary responsibility is to manage MDDSA channel sales for the Generali

Central Insurance Comapny Limited. He/ she is responsible for managing agents, training agents and

achieving sales targets for MDDSA team. Primary job responsibilities of a Sales manager are sales target

achievement.

1. Planning and target setting for the dealership & individual IMDs.

2. Formulating sales strategies for Motor Insurance products along with the other GI products and achieving

targets.

3. Own recruiting, objectives setting and performance monitoring of Motor Dealer & Agents.

4. Recruitment Of Dealerships for Motor Insurance & Individual Agents

MainResponsibility

Key Result Area

Developing strategic business and sales plans, ensuring company goals are met;

initiating and coordinating development of action plans to enter new markets;

assisting in implementing marketing plans; reviewing performances of Dealers,

DSA, Agencts and helping them improve sales.

Business Development

Establish new business by recruiting Dealers, DSA, Agencts for GCI, developing and

maintaing relationship with them to get the best possible outcome.

Responsible for providing periodical training to the recruited agents about GCI

products and process.

Maintaining records of sales and pricings; creating and presenting proposals; and

controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines, among others.

Graduate in any stream

04 years of experience in agency development in Insurance.

Candidates from Insurance background will be preferred.

Ability to work independently and General collaboratively in a team
