Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

Conduct Interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes

Present Shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries

Facilitate the hiring process, including coordinating interviews and negotiating offers

Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
