  • 6+ years as a Subject Matter Expert with hands-on implementation and PUM/Tools upgrade experience in
    PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.x.
  • Strong functional knowledge and configuration experience in at least 5 modules from Campus Community, Recruiting & Admissions, Student Records, Student Financials, Academic Structure, Gradebook, Academic Advisement, and Self Service.
  • Completed minimum 3 full lifecycle Campus Solutions implementation/upgrade projects.
  • Lead clients through all SDLC phases including requirement gathering workshops, CRP sessions, Fit/Gap analysis, business process mapping, configuration, testing, and providing best practice recommendations.
  • Design and maintain interfaces with external systems; monitor Integration Broker; working knowledge of SQL, PS Queries, and system integrations.
  • Gather and document business requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, and prepare functional/technical specifications for enhancements.
  • Develop and execute test scripts, ensure quality assurance, and support UAT.
  • Additional working/integration knowledge of other PeopleSoft modules such as HCM, Finance, ELM, and web services.
  • Preference for experience in University/Higher Education environments.
  • PeopleTools Certification is an added advantage.
