About The Role

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven HR Recruiter with 5–7 years of proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will take ownership of driving strategic hiring initiatives, partnering closely with business leaders, and ensuring seamless delivery of top talent across multiple domains while maintaining an excellent candidate experience and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Must have USA payroll experience

Must have 5-7 years of HR experience

Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Partner with senior hiring managers and leadership teams to understand workforce needs and design effective recruitment strategies.

Leverage job boards, social media, internal databases, referrals, and advanced sourcing techniques to identify high-quality candidates.

Conduct in-depth screening and assess candidates for technical competence, cultural alignment, and role suitability.

Manage interview scheduling, coordinate with technical panels, and ensure timely closure with feedback loops.

Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS), generate data-driven hiring reports, and track recruitment metrics.

Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline to meet both current and future hiring needs.

Drive employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at job fairs, campus drives, and industry events.

Mentor and guide junior recruiters, sharing best practices and recruitment insights.

Requirements

5–7 years of relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in IT/Non-IT services, consulting, or other fast-paced environments.

Strong expertise in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing channels.

Proven ability to manage mid-to-senior level hiring across functions and domains.

Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities with ownership, speed, and attention to detail.

Experience in driving recruitment metrics and data-driven hiring decisions.

Bachelor's degree in HR / Management / Psychology or a relevant discipline; MBA in HR preferred.

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience in campus hiring, bulk hiring, and leadership hiring.

Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and diversity hiring strategies.

Exposure to employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent engagement strategies.
