Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Generalist at Rush Sports, located in Bengaluru. The Marketing Generalist will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, creating promotional materials, conducting market research, and analyzing data to improve marketing strategies. The Marketing Generalist will coordinate with various departments to ensure consistent branding and effective communication. Additionally, the role includes organizing events, managing email marketing, and maintaining a strong online presence.

Qualifications

  • Experience in executing marketing campaigns and conducting market research (0-2 Years)
  • Proficiency in managing social media channels and creating promotional materials
  • Skills in data analysis and improving marketing strategies
  • Experience in event planning and email marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in the sports industry is a plus
