Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a General Manager HR at NIRDC. The General Manager HR will oversee all aspects of human resources functions, including managing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering employee relations, and leading human resource development initiatives. The responsibilities also include working on strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, performance management and appraisal systems, and collaborating with senior leadership to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • In-depth knowledge of HR Policies and Human Resource Development
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations and fostering a collaborative workplace environment
  • Proficiency in strategic workforce planning, recruitment, and talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in handling HR functions specifically for industries such as MSME, Food Processing, Agriculture, or Fisheries is preferred
  • Experience in change management and organizational development initiatives
