Organization A manufacturing company with products for Dental Market, founded 28 years ago. They have an array of products used in the Dental procedures making it one of the largest companies in the Indian Dental industry.
Role
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including but not limited to handling PF, ESI, grievances, employee engagement, HR policies, onboarding, recruitment, and general HR duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR generalist roles, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be adept at managing a diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding programs, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the company culture and work environment.
- Address employee grievances and concerns in a timely and effective manner, maintaining a positive work environment.
- Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution, promoting open communication among employees.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
- Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to maintain compliance in all HR activities.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including PF, ESI, health insurance, and other employee welfare schemes.
- Ensure accurate and timely administration of benefits, including enrollment, claims processing, and renewals.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and overall job satisfaction.
- Organize employee events, training sessions, and team-building activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Implement performance management systems to track employee performance, provide feedback, and support professional development.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and recommend appropriate actions, including promotions and training opportunities.
- Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate relevant training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Support career development initiatives and mentorship programs for employees.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, attendance, and leave records.
- Prepare regular HR reports for management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- In-depth knowledge of PF, ESI, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Location: Whitefield, Bangalore (will travel to the factory in Tumkur frequently)
Salary: 6-8 LPA
