We are looking for an HR Manager to join and lead our client's Human Resources department. HR Manager responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR team. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems. Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees.
Responsibilities
  • Design Manpower plan & Recruitment Strategy for Hiring (e.g. social media and portals)
  • Interview candidates for Corporate Team (via phone, video and in-person)
  • Developing, revising, and recommending policies and procedures as & when needed
  • Payroll Management & addressing queries about compensation and benefits
  • Overseeing exit interviews & Attrition Analysis
  • Monitor key HR metrics of various functions
  • Conceptualizing, creating and driving end to end Learning and Development intervention
  • Determining training needs, conducting need analysis & competency mapping
  • Driving the training calendars for implementation
  • Generating Learning Compliance, facilitations, Master Assessment Programs
  • Being the part of Change management, Career remodeling, Organization development framework, Performance management & enhancement
  • Identifying training gaps & conducting programs to enhance the efficiency and leading to increased productivity
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs by constantly developing & implementing pre and post assessment tools
  • Developing the Career Progression plan for various bands in the organisation
  • Working on the Implementation of the new automation platform
  • Generating monthly and quarterly reports, training dashboards, training MIS and presentation to the Management
  • Determining Reward & Recognition among the functions through performance and skills evaluations
  • Effectiveness study through various evaluation model

Requirements and skills
  • Proven work experience as a HR Manager or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to foster healthy employee relations
  • BSc degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology or any other degree
  • MBA / MSc degree in HR or relevant certification is a plus
