Role & responsibilities
Job Description:
Candidate Profile & Key Skills:
- Lead the execution of training and placement & internship strategy.
- Organize and active take part in BTL & TTL activities.
- Develop & maintain strong network with HR Heads of top.
- Achieve individual targets assigned for the annual recruitment process, summer internships and live projects.
- Convert new accounts through structured market outreach.
- Plan and engage with corporates for strategic activities including guest lectures, panel discussions, conclaves, workshops, competitions, etc.
- Manage and support student career services, including career counselling, grooming, and helping in the preparation of students for interviews.
- Create new placement partners basis placement load across schools and manage existing placement partners for repurchase of placements, internships.

Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (Spoken and Written).
- Excellent ability to establish and maintain Corporate Relationships
- Strong Negotiation & Influencing skills with a structured & disciplined approach to work.
- Adapt to work in a fast-paced business environment and deliver within tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated success in the successful management of events & managing the key strategic alliances.
- Self-Starter with High energy levels and go - getter attitude.
