Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader-Real Estate, located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team, guiding and mentoring team members to achieve set targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing brokerage operations, handling commercial real estate transactions, developing and implementing team strategies, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven Team Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Experience in Brokerage operations
  • Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and mentor team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a real estate leadership role (preferred)
