Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve targets.

Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales performance.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and professionalism.

Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Ensure smooth execution of site visits, deal closures, and documentation.

Collaborate with management on business development initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3+ years of real estate sales experience (team handling experience preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Target-driven mindset with the ability to guide the team under pressure.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Ability to build team spirit and maintain a positive, high-energy work culture.
