Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Execution

  2. Assist the Manager in implementing employer branding campaigns across digital and offline channels.

  3. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, creative agencies, and vendors to execute campaigns seamlessly.

  4. Ensure campaign timelines, quality standards, and branding guidelines are met.

  5. Content Development and Management

  6. Develop content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and employee communication in alignment with the EVP.

  7. Support in curating employee stories, testimonials, and event highlights.

  8. Maintain a content calendar for consistent messaging across platforms.

  9. Social Media Execution

  10. Manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and monitoring on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Glass door.

  11. Optimize posts for reach and engagement by leveraging analytics insights.

  12. Respond to queries and engage with the online community in collaboration with HR.

  13. Event Support

  14. Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external employer branding events, such as employee engagement activities, recruitment drives, and campus programs.

  15. Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and external vendors for event coverage.

  16. Collaboration and Reporting

  17. Work closely with the in-house creative recourse and creative agencies to ensure content aligns with branding goals.

  18. Support the Manager in preparing campaign performance reports using data from social media and internal channels.

  19. Provide inputs for improving campaigns based on feedback and analytics.

  20. Graduate or postgraduate degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Employer Branding, Corporate Communications, or related fields.

  21. Education from reputed institutions (e.g., MICA or equivalent) is preferred.

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in branding, communications, social media management, or content creation.
  • Hands-on experience in executing campaigns, creating content, and managing social media channels.

Skills:

  • Exceptional storytelling and content creation abilities.
  • Proficiency in social media tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Canva).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Analytical skills to track and optimize campaign performance.
