This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Min Experience 2 years Location Mumbai JobType full-time We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional ideally a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college graduate to lead our campus and employer branding initiatives This role is instrumental in building strong connections with academic institutions and showcasing our organization as an employer of choice among students and early-career talent Requirements Key Responsibilities Design and execute a comprehensive campus branding and outreach strategy to strengthen our presence across top academic institutions Establish and nurture relationships with colleges universities and student bodies to enhance awareness and engagement Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to ensure consistent and compelling employer brand messaging across all communication channels Plan coordinate and represent the organization at campus events including career fairs information sessions and networking engagements Actively communicate the organization s culture values and career opportunities via social media campus platforms and career sites Develop engaging content tailored for student audiences including blogs videos and interactive campaigns Monitor track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the impact of campus branding initiatives and identify areas for improvement Work closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to enhance and align campus recruitment strategies with overall employer branding goals
